How does monthly billing work?+

You're billed for actual hours used at $50/hour, invoiced at month end. Hours roll over for 60 days, so you never lose what you don't use.

Is there a minimum monthly commitment?+

No. There's no minimum hours and no contract. Use us when you need us — most clients average 2–8 hours per month.

What's included in 'remote support'?+

Anything we can solve over the internet using secure remote access tools. That covers ~90% of typical small business IT issues.

Do you offer on-site support?+

Yes! On-site visits across the GTA are $100/hr for monthly clients and $200/hr one-time, plus a flat travel fee based on your location. Most issues can still be solved faster (and cheaper) remotely.

What areas do you serve?+

All of the Greater Toronto Area — Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington, and surrounding cities.

How quickly will you respond?+

Monthly clients get same-day response (typically 1–4 hours during business hours). One-time requests are usually scheduled within 1–2 business days.
